An official Roots & Wings Pop-Up Event!
Learn about the importance of monarchs, their life cycle, and how we can encourage and support pollinators on a local and personal level with Families in Nature and the Monarch Sanctuary Project. Make seed balls, decorate garden labels and monarch message rocks, complete a pollinator scavenger hunt (with prizes!), and get up close and personal with butterflies with a field microscope. You’ll also get to take home a monarch larva monitoring kit, allowing you to observe the growth of their pollinator friends over time!
Follow Families in Nature on Facebook for updates on the event.
